The main living area is located on the middle floor and includes a spacious air-conditioned living room with satellite TV (Netflix as well), an imposing marble fireplace, dining area, a terrace, an impressive kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and a WC.
Stairs and internal lift lead to the upper floor where there is a king size en-suite bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a family shower room that has a washing machine and a dryer.
The lower ground floor houses a large open plan living room with a professional pool table, an additional kitchenette, a double bedroom as well as a family shower room. It is accessible via internal lift and external staircase.
The ground and 1st floor have central air conditioning, controlled for each room independently. The semi-basement has independent air conditioning in the bedroom.
