Enjoying a truly privileged location close to shops, restaurants and just 200 meters from the nearest top beaches in the area, Villa Penelope is the perfect choice for all those guests looking for a relaxing Cretan holiday just steps away from sandy shores and local beaches.
Due to its modern and unique design, its spacious and luxurious interior and its comfortable and relaxing exterior, this villa operates to high accommodation standards and is set to meet every guest's highest expectation.The main living area is located on the middle floor and includes a spacious air-conditioned living room with satellite TV (Netflix as well), an imposing marble fireplace, dining area, a terrace, an impressive kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and a WC.
Stairs and internal lift lead to the upper floor where there is a king size en-suite bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a family shower room that has a washing machine and a dryer.
The lower ground floor houses a large open plan living room with a professional pool table, an additional kitchenette, a double bedroom as well as a family shower room. It is accessible via internal lift and external staircase.
The ground and 1st floor have central air conditioning, controlled for each room independently. The semi-basement has independent air conditioning in the bedroom.
To fully enjoy the amazing Cretan weather and bright sunshine, Villa Penelope has a spacious, private outdoor area with a swimming pool, shaded dining area as well as a wonderful brick built BBQ area.

Kato Gouves (or simply known as Gouves) is a popular holiday resort located 18km east of Heraklion, in the foothills of mount Ederi.
In the past, the valley of Kato Gouves was cultivated by the residents of the village Ano Gouves with vegetables, olives and cereals; today harvests have given their place to hotels and tourism.
In contrary to the neighboring crowded resorts Malia and Hersonissos, Gouves offers peaceful holidays, ideal for families with children and elderly people. Here you will find mostly families that enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches, close to all necessary facilities.
The beach of Gouves is very well organized with umbrellas, sunbeds, lifeguard, diving centers, water sports, showers, changing rooms, etc. The sea has fine sand and shallow water, but is open to the frequent north winds. Therefore, there are several small piers and small marinas nearby, where you can swim, protected by the waves.
The coastal road of Gouves runs along the coast, making the detection of your favorite beach very easy! In the evening you can walk along this road and enjoy the sunset.

The ground and 1st floor have central air conditioning, controlled for each room independently. The semi-basement has independent air conditioning in the bedroom.
To fully enjoy the amazing Cretan weather and bright sunshine, Villa Penelope has a spacious, private outdoor area with a swimming pool, shaded dining area as well as a wonderful brick built BBQ area.
Private parking is also available on site.
